TZLA Club accepts donations through two primary methods: bank wire transfer and cryptocurrency. Each method has its own advantages, and you can choose the option that works best for your situation.
Wire Transfer
Bank wire transfers are a traditional and secure method for making your membership donation.
Processing Fee
Bank wire donations include a 5% processing fee to cover banking and payment processor costs, and this fee is set by the financial institutions involved and is outside of TZLA’s control. Wire Processing Times
Bank wire transfers typically take ~10 business days to process. We kindly ask for your patience during this period. Please wait for our confirmation before following up. Multiple inquiries during the processing window can delay our response time, as they reorder our communication queue.
Best Practices for Wire Transfers
- Notify your bank in advance of large transfers to prevent blocks or delays
- Double-check all bank details before submitting your transfer
- Save your wire transfer confirmation for your records
- Don’t forget to upload your wire transfer receipt using the designated receipt upload area and add your fiat reference code from the TZLA Club Donation email to easily match your donation.
- Wait the full 10 business days before following up
Domestic vs International Wire (what to use from the “TZLA Club Donation” email)
- If you are sending a domestic wire inside the United States, your bank will typically use the Recipient name, Account number, and Routing number from the email (your bank may still ask for the bank name and bank address as part of their form).
- If you are sending an international wire, your bank will typically require the Recipient name, Account number, SWIFT/BIC, and the bank name and bank address from the email (routing numbers are U.S.-specific, but some banks still request it depending on their wire form).

Cryptocurrency
We accept multiple cryptocurrencies for your TZLA Club membership donation. Crypto donations offer several advantages: they process faster than traditional banking methods, avoid bank-related friction or delays, and provide enhanced privacy for your transactions.

We particularly prefer Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT) for their reliability and ease of processing.
Important: Cryptocurrency Price Volatility
Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum can fluctuate in value. If you purchase crypto and wait before sending your donation, the value may decrease and fall short of the required amount. To avoid this, either purchase and send immediately or use stablecoins (USDT or USDC), which maintain a consistent $1 value regardless of market conditions.

What to expect (so there are no surprises)
If you already have crypto in a private, self-custodial wallet (meaning you control the wallet directly), that is usually the quickest and smoothest way to complete your donation.
If you’re new to crypto and need to move funds from your bank into a crypto exchange first, please expect a bit more friction up front. Exchanges may require identity verification (KYC), account approval, and waiting periods before withdrawals are enabled. There can also be a short learning curve around networks, fees, and wallet addresses.
Either way, you’re not on your own. If you need help with any step, our team will guide you as closely as needed to get you across the finish line.
Important Reminders for Crypto Donations
- Always send the exact amount specified to help us verify your transaction quickly
- Double-check wallet addresses and confirm you're using the correct network
- Provide your transaction ID (TXID) only if there’s an automatic confirmation issue (for example, if the donation was not sent within the active donation window). To avoid confirmation problems, always send using the latest, live donation link and note that once a crypto donation link is generated, it is active for 6 hours.
Confirmation Timeline
When all requirements are met (correct network, exact amount, quote window, and TXID), confirmation typically takes 1 to 30 minutes depending on the network used (ETH, XMR, LTC, BTC, or BCH). If there are any discrepancies, manual verification usually takes 2–4 hours during business hours, but can take up to 14 days in exceptional cases.
Notifying Your Financial Institution
Whether you're using a bank for wire transfer or a cryptocurrency exchange, it's considered best practice to notify your financial institution in advance of large transfers. This proactive notification helps prevent unnecessary blocks and allows the institution to anticipate the transaction and perform any required compliance checks.
