The Admission Test is a 5-minute online assessment that evaluates your alignment with TZLA’s core values—hands-on aptitude, preference for analog systems, physical discipline, and philosophical outlook. The test ensures both the Club and the applicant have clear expectations. Based on your score, you may be immediately accepted, recommended for mentorship, or advised to develop further before reapplying. The test is mandatory and helps preserve the Club’s unique culture
