Why is the Admission Quiz important?

The Admission Test is a 5-minute online assessment that helps evaluate alignment with TZLA’s core values, including hands-on aptitude, preference for analog systems, physical discipline, and philosophical outlook. The purpose is to ensure both the Club and the prospective member have clear expectations and shared standards. Based on your results, you may be welcomed as a member right away, encouraged to pursue mentorship, or invited to build further alignment before taking the test again. The test is required as part of the membership discernment process and helps preserve the Club’s unique culture.
