TZLA’s Telegram community is organized by membership phase—you’ll only see and access the spaces that match where you are in the process:
Open House (applicant phase): This is the starting point for prospective members. You can learn about TZLA Club, ask questions, and meet support staff and ambassador members during your Open House access window.
Member access (after joining): Once membership is confirmed and onboarding is complete, you’re granted access to the member community areas. These areas may be organized into topics inside Telegram, and they’re where members access the full member discussions and resources.
What to Expect: Telegram Access Timeline
Expected access approval timelines:
- Open House access: Immediate upon successful completion of the admissions test and signing our PMA agreement. Available for 15 days.
- Members Groups access: Within 1 business day of contribution confirmation.
If your access isn't granted within these windows, use the troubleshooting steps below. Most access issues are resolved within 15 minutes once you begin troubleshooting.

🔗 "The private group invite link isn't working"

🚫 “I think I was banned or blocked from the Open House group”
In most cases, this isn’t a ban. For prospective members, the most common reason you can’t access the Open House group is that your Open House access window ended (it expires automatically).
